Hey Girl is for all women and young women. Hey Girl is a group of women young and old coming together to empower each other. This page will act as a safe-haven for the young to come express themselves and also receive wisdom on Life Issues. We have a community of women young and old that gather together to network and push each other in endeavors. WE as women and young women help others create goals and push them to accomplish each other. Our Motto is "Women of Integrity, Power, & Strength". At HEYGIRL.INTL, our mission is encourage, equip, and empower young women to become the Queens they were destined to be. Our purpose is to Encourage women to become the best version of themselves, Equip the women with knowledge and strategies that will push them into Destiny, and Empower them to stand in their authority and to speak with confidence and boldness. 

Alonda is a beautiful soul with a sweet spirit. She’s kind, caring, patient, and hardworking. She loves people and she loves to serve others. She loves her family and friends. Alonda has always been a hard worker. Anything she puts her mind to do she gets it done. She’s a great leader who knows how to effectively lead others towards purpose and destiny. Alonda is currently in school studying to receive her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. At 32 years of age, Alonda has survived so much but she has also accomplished much. In 2020, she became Executive Assistant to Tosha Smith whose CEO/Founder of Women Who Rock Arkansas.
Alonda has worked with Tosha since 2016 as her personal assistant. With school, clients, her businesses, and organization called HEY GIRL INTL. Alonda is a strong , young , successful woman who strives for excellence each and everyday in every way. Her favorite colors are Rose Gold, Gold, Red, and Tiffany Blue. Her favorite animal is the Eagle. Alonda has conquered so much and she’s ready to conquer more. CEO, Founder, Entrepreneur, Instructor, and more. Alonda is an example to many young women that you can be successful and dreams do come true.
